XVC768115 3BHB007211R115 is the core pulse trigger output unit of ABB high-power power electronic control platform. It receives PWM timing instructions from main processor via Masterbus300 internal bus, generates optimized gate drive pulse waveforms and transmits to IGCT power rectifier/inverter units through fiber optical isolation interface. Optical medium completely isolates high-voltage power loop and low-voltage control circuit, eliminate ground loop surge and strong electromagnetic interference of medium voltage equipment. The module integrates multi-stage hardware protection circuit to detect IGCT short-circuit, over-current and gate signal loss, immediately lock pulse output to avoid power device breakdown. Full conformal coated PCB with strong anti-vibration and dust-proof performance, it is irreplaceable core maintenance spare part for thermal power, hydropower and metallurgical rolling mill excitation & medium voltage drive control cabinets.
