整机搭载 16 路千兆电口连接现场 FBM 控制器、操作站、历史站，2 路独立 SFP 千兆光插槽，支持单 / 多模光纤长距离机房互联、多台交换机闭环冗余堆叠；闭环堆叠架构实现链路 / 单机故障毫秒级自动切换，无工艺控制网络中断，满足工业流程高可靠运行要求。

支持外置 24VDC 直流冗余电源模块扩容，交流内置电源标配；完整二层工业网管策略，可划分控制网与监控网隔离流量，抑制变频器、大功率电机 EMI 电磁干扰；整机 PCB 全三防涂层，稳定运行于电厂、化工油雾、粉尘工况，是存量 Foxboro DCS 系统技改、故障交换机替换核心备件。
