Module Type Introduction

HWA143-TDM-PMC-V20 complies with IEEE1386.1 PMC bus standard, adopting TDM time division multiplexing parallel sampling architecture. It is specially designed for synchronous multi-physical quantity collection of turbine equipment, supporting IEPE vibration sensors, PT100 temperature transmitters, pressure and speed pulse signals. Independent isolated signal channels eliminate cross interference from strong electromagnetic field of turbine high-power equipment. Equipped with local real-time signal processing chip, it completes FFT spectrum analysis and fault feature extraction, uploads processed data to main controller via backplane bus, and supports hot-swap replacement without system shutdown. It is core spare part for online condition monitoring and predictive maintenance of power plant turbine units.

HWA143-TDM-PMC-V20 遵循 IEEE1386.1 PMC 总线标准,采用 TDM 时分多路并行采样架构,专为涡轮机组多物理量同步采集开发,兼容 IEPE 振动传感器、PT100 温度变送器、压力及转速脉冲信号。通道独立电气隔离设计,隔绝机组大功率设备强电磁场带来的信号串扰;板载本地实时信号处理芯片,完成 FFT 频谱分析与故障特征提取,通过背板总线向主控上传处理后数据,支持在线热插拔更换无需停机,是电厂涡轮机组在线状态监测、预测性维护核心替换备件。

  5. Built-in FFT real-time spectrum calculation, extract vibration peak, RMS, kurtosis features for bearing and gear fault early warning
  6. 内置 FFT 实时频谱运算,提取振动峰值、有效值、峭度特征,实现轴承、齿轮故障提前预警
  7. Full-channel galvanic isolation between field side and control side, suppress surge, ESD and motor EMI interference
  8. 通道与控制侧全电气隔离,抑制浪涌、静电 ESD、电机电磁干扰
  9. Hardware self-diagnosis, auto detect sensor open circuit, short circuit, over-range and board communication failure with front panel LED alarm
  10. 硬件实时自诊断,自动识别传感器断线、短路、超量程、板卡通讯异常,面板 LED 告警提示
  11. PMC 66MHz high-speed backplane bus communication, bidirectional data interaction with main control CPU without signal delay
  12. PMC 66MHz 高速背板总线通讯,与主控 CPU 双向数据交互,无信号传输延迟
  13. Online firmware remote upgrade via backplane bus, program update without cabinet disassembly or unit shutdown
  14. 通过背板总线远程在线固件升级,无需拆机、机组停机即可更新控制程序
