Core Functions 核心功能

1. 四路独立晶闸管整流功率通道，接收主控触发脉冲，输出 0~ 额定值连续可调直流励磁电流，调节发电机磁场强度
2. Four independent thyristor rectifier channels, output adjustable DC excitation current to control generator rotor magnetic field
3. 分腔隔离功率布局，单通道晶闸管短路 / 过热故障自动闭锁，不中断其余通道励磁输出，降低机组跳闸风险
4. Separated cavity power layout, single channel fault lockout without full excitation system shutdown
5. 内置电流 / 电压采样回路，实时采集励磁输出参数，反馈至主控板完成 AVR 自动调压、无功均分闭环调节
6. Built-in I/V sampling circuit, feedback signal to AVR main board for automatic voltage & reactive power closed-loop control
7. 多重硬件安全保护：过流限流、超温闭锁、励磁短路、触发脉冲丢失、转子接地故障联锁封锁输出
8. Multi-stage hardware protection: overcurrent, overtemperature, short circuit, pulse loss & rotor earth fault interlock
9. 专用背板高速信号总线，与 KUC755 主控调节板双向通讯，同步上传功率状态、故障代码至 DCS 上位
10. Dedicated backplane bus two-way communication with main control board, upload power status & fault codes to DCS
11. 一体化风道散热结构，配合励磁柜轴流风冷，长期满负荷运行功率元件温升可控
12. Integrated air duct cooling design, stable temperature under full continuous load with cabinet forced air cooling
13. 标准机架插拔式维护，两端锁扣固定，更换单元无需拆除主功率电缆，缩短停机检修时长
14. Rack plug-and-play design, ｒｅｐｌａｃｅ unit without disconnecting main power cables for short maintenance downtime
15. 全板三防涂层、大功率元件绝缘封装，耐受电厂粉尘、油雾、大功率变频器强电磁干扰
