UAC389AE02 HIEE300888R0002 is the universal analog signal processing core of UNITROL excitation cabinet, equipped with 8 independent hardware channels, each channel can be flexibly configured as analog input AI or analog output AO via system software without hardware modification. As an all-in-one signal interface, it completes synchronous sampling of generator PT secondary voltage, CT secondary current, stator winding temperature and bearing temperature, and outputs 4~20mA regulating commands to the excitation rectifier bridge and auxiliary cooling fan actuators. Each channel and backplane adopt independent isolation circuit to eliminate ground loop surge and strong electromagnetic interference from power plant high-power equipment. Built-in high-precision ADC/DAC conversion circuit and complete fault self-diagnosis logic, it is versatile replacement spare part for thermal, hydro and gas power unit excitation cabinets, which can cover both signal acquisition and closed-loop regulation demands.
