Module Type Introduction
KSD211B 3BHE022455R1101 是 UNITROL 励磁系统核心模拟信号测量单元，板载高精度互感器隔离采样回路，同步采集发电机 PT 二次电压、CT 二次电流波形，实时计算有功、无功、功率因数、频率与相位差值，将同步测量数据上传主控板用于调压、无功分配、同期并网逻辑运算。内置失步、过频、欠频、断线保护逻辑，异常时输出闭锁信号禁止励磁调节与合闸操作，广泛用于火电、水电、燃气机组励磁柜故障替换。KSD211B 3BHE022455R1101 is core analog signal measurement unit of UNITROL excitation system. Equipped with high-precision transformer isolated sampling circuit, it synchronously samples PT secondary voltage and CT secondary current waveforms of generator, calculates active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency and phase difference in real time, and uploads synchronous measurement data to main board for voltage regulation, reactive power distribution and grid paralleling logic. Built-in loss-of-synchronism, over/under frequency and wire break protection logic, interlock signal will be output to lock excitation regulation and closing operation upon faults, widely used for spare part replacement of excitation cabinets in thermal, hydro and gas power units.

- 故障闭锁输出，采样信号异常时触发励磁限制、同期合闸回路强制闭锁，防止机组误并网、过励磁
- Fault interlock output, trigger excitation limit and force closing circuit lock when sampling signal abnormal to avoid wrong paralleling and over-excitation
- VME 背板高速数据交互，测量参数、故障代码实时上传至主控，上位 HMI 远程监控
