ESM10A 是 MARK VI 涡轮控制系统核心 I/O 通讯一体化板卡，集成 16 路高精度模拟采集通道与双路独立以太网，负责采集炉膛温度、振动、油压、转速等工艺传感器信号，本地完成实时逻辑运算，同时通过冗余以太网向上位 HMI、DCS 上传运行数据、下发控制指令。具备硬件故障自诊断与毫秒级冗余切换能力，单点故障不中断机组控制，是电厂燃气轮机、联合循环机组控制系统核心替换备件。

ESM10A is the core integrated I/O communication board for MARK VI turbine control system, integrating 16 high-precision analog acquisition channels and dual independent Ethernet ports. It collects process sensor signals including furnace temperature, vibration, oil pressure and rotation speed, completes real-time local logic operation, uploads operation data to upper HMI and DCS and receives control commands via redundant Ethernet. Equipped with hardware self-diagnosis and millisecond-level redundant switch, unit control will not be interrupted by single-point fault, it is core replacement spare part for gas turbine and combined cycle unit control systems in power plants.
