T9100@F2 是 9100 机架主控核心处理器底板,搭载三重模冗余 TMR 运算架构,搭载两组独立处理单元实时同步运算,硬件三取二表决逻辑,单通道故障不影响系统连续运行。作为整套 SIS 安全系统的运算核心,负责逻辑运算、联锁判断、数据交互与故障诊断,可与各类 AI/AO/DI/IO 卡件搭配实现化工、油气装置安全联锁保护。
T9100@F2 is the core main processor backplane for 9100 rack, adopting triple modular redundant TMR computing architecture with two independent processing units for real-time synchronous operation. It adopts hardware 2-out-of-3 voting logic, single channel failure will not interrupt system continuous operation. As the computing core of complete SIS safety system, it undertakes logic calculation, interlock judgment, data interaction and fault diagnosis. It can be matched with various AI/AO/DI/DO I/O cards to realize safety interlock protection for chemical and oil & gas devices.
