DSCA190V 57310001-PK 是 Advant Master 系统核心通讯处理器板卡，搭载独立实时运算处理芯片与大容量缓存，作为系统数据交互中枢，实现控制器与操作站、远程 IO、第三方 PLC、分析仪之间双向数据传输。板卡集成多组工业通讯接口，支持多种标准工业协议，具备硬件冗余拓展能力，内置完整故障诊断回路，是电厂、化工存量老旧 ABB DCS 系统通讯故障替换核心备件。DSCA190V 57310001-PK is the core communication processor board for Advant Master system, equipped with independent real-time processing chip and large-capacity cache. As the system data exchange hub, it realizes bidirectional data transmission between controller, operator station, remote IO, third-party PLC and analyzers. The board integrates multiple industrial communication interfaces, supports various standard industrial protocols and hardware redundancy expansion. Built-in complete fault diagnosis circuit, it is core spare part for communication failure replacement of aging ABB DCS systems in power plants and chemical plants.

- 多工业协议兼容，支持 Modbus TCP/RTU、以太网、串口总线，对接变频器、在线分析仪、第三方控制系统
- Multi-industrial protocol compatibility, support Modbus TCP/RTU, Ethernet and serial bus to connect VFDs, online analyzers and third-party control systems
- 高速实时数据扫描，8ms 完成全部通道数据刷新，保障闭环控制、联锁信号无延迟传输
- High-speed real-time data scanning, full channel data refresh within 8ms to ensure delay-free transmission of closed-loop control and interlock signals
- 支持双模块冗余热备，主通讯卡故障时备卡毫秒级无缝切换，生产过程通讯不中断
- Dual-module hot standby redundancy supported, backup module takes over within milliseconds without communication interruption upon master card failure
- 全硬件自诊断监测，面板 LED 指示灯实时显示总线断线、通讯异常、芯片故障、背板供电异常
- Full hardware self-diagnosis monitoring, front panel LED indicators display bus break, communication error, chip failure and backplane power abnormality in real time
- 本地固件在线升级，通过上位通讯端口远程更新程序，无需停机拆卸板卡
- Local firmware online upgrade, remote program ｕｐｄａｔｅ via upper communication port without shutdown or board disassembly
- 16 通道模拟量信号协同采集，支持 ±10V、4-20mA 标准工业信号，通道量程独立配置
