LD800HSE 是符合 Fieldbus Foundation 42c 等级认证的 FF 总线网关，作为 HSE 高速以太网与 FF H1 现场总线的数据交互桥梁，集成 4 路独立 H1 总线主站 LAS，单台最多挂载多路两线制 FF 现场仪表，支持跨链路数据转发、事件报警分发。设备支持双机冗余架构，主备毫秒级无扰切换，保障化工、油气防爆区域总线通讯不间断，是 Freelance 系统 FF 现场仪表组网扩容、故障替换核心通讯备件。LD800HSE is FF bus gateway certified to Fieldbus Foundation Class 42c, acting as data bridge between HSE high-speed Ethernet and FF H1 fieldbus. It integrates 4 independent H1 link master LAS, supports multiple 2-wire FF field instruments per unit, cross-link data republishing and alarm event distribution. Dual device redundant architecture is supported with seamless millisecond-level master-backup switch to guarantee continuous bus communication in chemical and oil & gas hazardous areas. It is core communication spare part for FF instrument network expansion and failure replacement of Freelance system.

- 跨链路数据转发，支持 H1 总线间、H1 与 HSE 子网周期数据互传，无需控制器中转
- Cross-link data republishing, realize cyclic data exchange between H1 links and H1-HSE subnet without controller forwarding
- 完整双机冗余热备，配套 RS232 冗余通讯线，主设备故障备机自动接管总线，零通讯中断
- Full dual-unit hot standby redundancy with RS232 redundancy cable, backup device takes over bus automatically without communication interruption upon master failure
- 透明远程组态，上位系统直接读取、修改所有 H1 现场设备功能块参数，支持 DD 文件设备管理
- Transparent remote configuration, host system directly read and edit function block parameters of all H1 field devices, support DD file device management
- 实时硬件自诊断，面板 LED 显示总线断线、短路、设备失联、冗余异常，上传系统故障告警
- Real-time hardware self-diagnosis, front panel LED indicates bus break, short circuit, device offline and redundancy fault, upload alarm signals to control system
- 本地固件在线升级，通过 HSE 以太网远程下载更新程序，无需拆机停机
- Local firmware online upgrade, remote program download via HSE Ethernet without disassembly or system shutdown
