The mechanical structure of the phase module includes a closed box and its internal structure. The closed box body includes a frame, a snap-in back panel, and a front panel. The internal structure includes an IEGT unit, a diode unit, an upper water splitter, a lower water splitter, and an insulating spacer.The IEGT unit and the diode unit are provided on an insulating plate to form a double-layer structure in the space. A shunt is provided below the upper and lower manifolds, and the frame on the shunt is provided with a water-cooled quick-connect. The output bus, driver unit and grip handle are set on the front panel.
